Returns

The Sugar Vine is happy to accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date the item arrives at its destination. Returned items must be in original condition and include all components and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of the item arriving. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

If the wrong item is returned or the product is damaged or used, no refund will be issued and the item will not be returned to the buyer. We will notify you if this happens and provide pictures of the damage or incorrect item.

To initiate a return, please contact us and let us know what you would like to return and why. Please include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return

Upon receipt of your message we will provide you with an RMA number to include with your return. Unless an item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, you are responsible for return shipping. Please use a carrier of your choice (tracking and appropriate insurance are recommended) and include the RMA number on the shipping label. The return address is: 6046 FM 2920 #332, Spring, TX 77379. Any damages or lost packages are not the responsibility of The Sugar Vine. Shipping & handling from the original purchase will only be refunded if the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
